    unbelievable! mobile spy cancelled the video/audio recording feature with NO notice. Customer service STINKS! Have spent over 16 hours (no exaggeration) trying to get someone to help. Finally got someone and they told me no more recording because of a server problem that they have no idea how long it will take to fix! JUST WOW!

      Premium package 3 Months – $64.97, 6 Months – $89.97, 12 Months – $139.97.
      But I would like to warn you that MobileSpy doesn’t provide appropriate customer support. I would suggest you to try mSpy. This software has better custom support and provides more features.

    They recently removed all the useful premium functions.
    I have been with them for 3 years you have to be patient, because one month it works then it dont very well.

      You purchase this product for installation on target device. Legal ways to use this software are to monitor your children’s cellphones or to monitor company-issued cellphones used by your employees. You need not inform your children that they are being monitored, as due parental control is your prime duty as a parent. But your employees do need to be informed. If you are going track phone of adult person you should warn, that you are doing. Because it’s illegal as hacking does. Also MobileSpy doesn’t provide appropriate customer support. I would suggest you to try mSpy. This software has better custom support and provides more features.

    Their premium features worked great until they pulled the plug on all premium features on the live panel without notice and never returned them. That wouldn’t be a problem for the basic subscribers but those whom paid for the premium features lose out.

    I have been using Mobile Spy for over 2 years on my now 14 year old daughters phone. I selected mobile spy as it was easy to install, provided logging information to a simple web site and included a stealth feature that prevented the user of the device to know that texts and other things were being monitored by her Father. Sexting, Profanity and Bullying have been my chief concern as a parent.
    On October 14, 2014 The Mobile Spy login site indicated that the monitored device was using an unsupported version. It was MS v. 6.6 that I upgraded to last spring. There was no advance notice, just that my ability to monitor my daughters phone was not allowed.
    I upgraded to v 7 only to find that the stealth mode was no longer an option., My daughters phone flashing monitoring at the top of the screen and the application icon is now visible. This is NOT what was advertised and what I purchased.
    The MS web site was down for maintenance all weekend and on Monday Oct 20 the site was up but reported that my email address was invalid. I called the support phone line to hear a message that phone support was not available and to use http://www.retina.chat.com
    My company web admin flashes a warning that that site does not have a trusted security certificate and I was denied access..
    At this point I want a refund and am looking at other applications. Retina has lost a customer.

    This program is terrible. Do not try it. Worked fine then gone for two weeks, no notice just gone. Now new version and can’t get it set up and no support to fix it. Been on chat for 4 hours and no response for last hour and a half

    Don’t trust Mobile Spy and the company that makes it “Retina-X Studios”. They changed their policy all of a sudden. And suddenly their program stopped working (besides they told customers to reinstall their program on target phone! An almost impossible task) and I cant log into my account to see the target phone data. Their support is almost non existent and this goes for three weeks now. I have emailled the support to get a proper explanation and a refund and after 10 days no asnwer.

    I bought this to monitor a child and did not sign up for the auto renew and the monies were still taken out of my account. Retina-X Studios is refusing to give me a refund. I am moving on to the BBB and I will get my money back one way or another.

    Half of the things it says it does, dont even work. Gps, and live camera. never worked and neither did fb email! This is a sham!

      Auto renewal is a pretty common practice, and since it is often turned on by default in your account, you need to switch it off by yourself before you are charged for another fee. I bet that there was a paragraph about it in your User Agreement.
      However such companies always understand that there is a risk of refund, and generally, they are ready for it. Although they will try to talk you out of this in all costs.
      So I’d suggest you to keep trying, maybe even ask your bank or Paypal for help.
